The Colourmate CL200-CD-110 is a fully automatic, compact, vacuum loading system. This vacuum loader offers plastic processors a trouble free method for conveying plastic pellets to their processing machine.
The CL200-CD-110 loader uses a reliable, and powerful Ametek electric vacuum motor. The vacuum motor, filter and controls, are all contained in a separate vacuum power unit. Solid state controls include an adjustable load cycle for both automatic filling and load cycle on and off times.
Material level is maintained using a reliable, Canadian made, capacitive type proximity switch.
